Magnus Effect, LLC was founded by Anthony Magnus, an operations and transformation executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience, including over 20 years in senior operations, project management, and executive leadership roles. He helps organizations improve performance, streamline processes, strengthen teams, and manage growth.
Since 2015, Anthony has served in senior executive roles—including Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer—for a national broadcast, live meeting, and production company, leading operations supporting up to $17 million in annual revenue. His accomplishments include directing systems modernization and operational improvements that delivered more than $250,000 in annual cost savings and building a new business division that generated $1.6 million in first-year revenue.
Anthony’s background also includes extensive experience in training development and delivery. As a Director of Education and Corporate Trainer, he developed and delivered programs covering operations, human resources, management development, and software applications. Earlier in his career, he co-created the “Management Training Store” model, which was subsequently adopted company-wide by an organization operating more than 6,000 restaurant locations. During that period, he also managed multi-unit operations and improved profitability within his territory by 169% in a single year.
Anthony holds a Bachelor of Science from Widener University, where he graduated summa cum laude. Through Magnus Effect, he brings practical, hands-on leadership to businesses that need greater structure, stronger execution, and sustainable momentum.
